Description of the campsite
The 3-star La Pointe du Talud campsite welcomes you to Ploemeur, in Morbihan, opposite the Île de Groix and close to Lorient. Ideal for a seaside holiday in southern Brittany, this family-friendly campsite offers direct access to the sea and a wide range of activities for everyone: water sports, fishing, cycling, golf and horse riding. Make the most of your stay to explore the island of Groix and its famous Grands Sables beach.
The campsite features a water park with a heated indoor pool, a paddling pool, a sunbathing area, and an outdoor pool with water features and a hot tub, open from April to September. During the summer school holidays, children aged 5 to 12 can enjoy the kids' club, which offers workshops, games and sports activities alongside the mascot, Dino. Entertainment for the whole family is also organised during this period: pétanque competitions, themed meals, karaoke and concerts.
The campsite also boasts a wide range of leisure facilities: a playground, a bouncy castle, a multi-sports pitch, a fitness area, pétanque, table tennis, billiards, table football and a library. A bike hire service is available during the summer school holidays. On site, you can also enjoy a snack bar (open during the summer school holidays), a convenience shop and a bread delivery service. Wi-Fi access throughout the campsite (for a fee) – free zone near the swimming pool.
Morbihan, in the heart of southern Brittany, captivates visitors with its landscapes where land meets sea, its long beaches, its traditional harbours and its charming Breton villages. An ideal destination for lovers of nature and the great outdoors, the region offers a wide range of activities.
The campsite is easily accessible by train via Lorient station, which is around 25 minutes away, or by plane via Lorient Airport, which is just 15 minutes away. By car, take exit 44 (Quéven / Ploemeur / Lorient-Lann-Bihoué Airport) from the main roads coming from Brest, Nantes or Rennes.
