How can I modify my reservation?
At Vacansoleil, you can book your vacation at the best price.
Did you find the same stay cheaper within 24 hours after booking with one of our competitors? We will refund you the difference.

In this case, send an email to the following address: aftersales@vacansoleil.com with the price of the other brand, and your Vacansoleil reservation number. Of course, it must be exactly the same stay: same campsite, same accommodation, and the same arrival and departure dates. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply if the Vacansoleil price drops.
As our available stock is constantly changing, prices may change. For example, if we take into account last minute offers and temporary discounts. The Best Price Guarantee only applies if the same stay is cheaper with another brand within 2 hours of your reservation.

The Best Price Guarantee only applies to the rental price, and not to costs related to the reservation, options chosen, or other additional costs.

We offer several payment methods, the choice is yours!
- Bank card: directly on the secure site or by telephone with a customer advisor
- Paypal: on the secure site - please note that you must pay in full for your stay, no deposit.
- Transfer: see section “pay my reservation by bank transfer”
- Bank checks (+18 Euros): Service fees of 18 euros increased. Please note, for the payment of quotes, the reservation will only be blocked upon receipt of the quote. No bank checks will be accepted less than 15 days from the start of the stay.
- Holiday Vouchers (ANCV) / Gift Vouchers (Group Shot, Compliments Tickets, Cadhoc) (+ 18 Euros) Additional service fees for this payment method, in addition to the initial fee amount : We accept holiday vouchers or checks gifts up to a maximum of 70% of the total amount of your stay. If it is a departure more than a month away, we will first ask you for a 30% deposit to secure the reservation. In this case, we advise you to pay the deposit by credit card for example and to send us the holiday vouchers to pay the balance (which must reach us one month before departure).
- ANCV Connect : directly on the secure site or by telephone with a customer advisor. Unlike ANCV checks, the entire amount of the stay can be paid in ANCV Connect at no additional cost. Please note that if the ANCV connect does not cover the entire amount of the stay, the remainder must be completed by credit card.

If it is a departure in less than a month, we will ask you for full payment to block the reservation. However, you can pay in full by credit card for example, then send us the holiday vouchers. We will automatically re-credit your bank card for the amount sent by holiday vouchers (less mail processing costs) for your reservation within a maximum of 2 months.

Nice that you have a promotional code! You can easily exchange this online. If you book a holiday on our website, you can enter your promotional code when completing your booking. The discount is deducted immediately, it's that easy. Some promotional codes can only be redeemed by telephone at our customer service. If this applies to your code, this will be stated in the promotional terms and conditions.
Very simple: you can log in on the homepage of our website. Go to My Vacansoleil and enter your email address and the password you created when activating your account. That's all. Don't remember your password? Then click on 'forgot your password' to create a new password.
Holiday plans can change, we understand that. That is why you can often change your booking. You can submit a change request by logging into your My Vacansoleil account. To submit your request, please visit "Change or cancel your stay."

Your reservation may be changed based on availability. If you change the date of stay, destination or type of accommodation, you pay a €40.00 change fee. If your change entails cancellation costs from the campsite, these costs may be passed on to you.
What are the possible arrival times?
What documents will I be asked for upon arrival?
No problem, we will be happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If a cot and/or other extras (high chair, television, barbecue, bed linen, etc.) are not included as standard in the interior, you can often simply book them. The possibility of this varies per campsite and/or accommodation type. Please let us know as soon as possible what you would like to add. Sometimes you can indicate this online when you make a booking.

Do you have a preference? Please note that we are in the best possible position when it comes to shipping costs. Once you have completed your booking, please send us your request via email stating your booking number and your name. We will forward your information to our camping partner.

This varies per campsite. At more and more campsites and at the rental accommodations of “maeva home” you do not first have to go to the reception to collect your keys or pay the tourist tax. With the 100% online pre-check-in you can arrange these formalities online in advance. You also do not have to go to reception to check out.
On your accommodation voucher. Here you will find all information about your stay. Such as the campsite's contact details, arrival and departure times and important information about your accommodation and holiday destination. You can download your accommodation voucher via My Vacansoleil, a few days after you have paid the total travel price of your booking. You will receive an email from us when your accommodation voucher is ready.
Your little companion is also entitled to a holiday! On the camping page on the website you can see whether pets are allowed in your accommodation.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome at many campsites. Sorry for your litter hamster, the only animals allowed are dogs and cats (except for the more dangerous ones that must always be on a leash.) Because a thorough cleaning to remove hair, for example, is necessary, most campsites charge a pet fee. There is often a maximum of one pet per accommodation. In some cases a current vaccination record is required.

Please note: Rex is not allowed to stay alone in the mobile home or rental tent. You are civilly responsible and must accompany your pet during your entire stay. Don't forget to let us know when booking that you are bringing your pet. The campsite will then be informed in advance.
The arrival is usually between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, so that the on-site teams have time to get your accommodation in tip-top condition after the departure of the previous holidaymakers. In case of late arrival or on a day other than Saturday, you can contact the campsite a few days in advance. You will find the contact details on your voucher.
That depends on the accommodation you have booked. You will find this information in the description of your accommodation. Go to My Vacansoleil on the homepage and look at 'More information'. If linen rental is optional, you can bring your own or book it for an additional fee.
On your accommodation voucher you will find the times when the reception is open, as well as the telephone number of the campsite. We recommend that you inform the campsite when you expect to arrive. This way, the employees can ensure that you still receive the keys to your accommodation.

When you make a booking, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the travel price. You must pay this immediately. You only have to pay the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the booked arrival day. You can also choose to pay the amount in one go or in several installments. If you book within 30 days before departure, we ask you to pay the entire travel sum in one go.
The down payment is 30% of the travel sum. This includes our reservation costs of €20.00, the mandatory contribution of €2.50 for the Calamity Fund, the mandatory contribution of €10.00 for the SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden) and the premiums of any insurance you have taken out.
There are a few mandatory costs, but this means you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. In addition, you sometimes have to pay an environmental contribution or tourist tax at your holiday destination. Sometimes the rental of bed linen is mandatory. Don't worry, you will see all costs in advance in the booking overview. This way you know exactly what's going on.

To cancel your reservation or simply find out the cancellation conditions, simply log in to your traveler account, click on the "My upcoming stays" menu then on the "Cancel my stay" tab.
Please note that no cancellation request can be recorded by telephone.

Yes, yes, and yes again! Flexi+ is available for all accommodations, and it is a service offered exclusively by Vacansoleil.
With the Flexi or Flexi+ package, you will only receive reimbursement for the stay. This does not apply to other options and insurances.
With classic cancellation insurance, the conditions are set by the insurance company. Generally, you will only be refunded if you need to cancel for urgent reasons such as illness, death or redundancy. These reasons do not apply to Flexi packages, and you will also get your money back if you want to go to another destination for example. Please note, however, that the final cancellation date differs depending on the Flexi package chosen. This is 30 days before the start date of the stay with Flexi, and up to 1 day before the start of the stay with Flexi+.

Great, you have your eye on one of our campsites? Although we understand that you sometimes need some time to decide, it is unfortunately not possible to take an option. If you want to be sure of your first choice, we recommend that you book immediately. Rest assured, it is usually possible to change your holiday later or cancel it free of charge up to a certain date before arrival.

Once your stay has been selected, go to step 2 of your order entitled “Options and insurance”. At the bottom of the page, insert your promotional code, then click "OK".
If the promotional code entered does not apply, remember to check that your code has been entered correctly, its validity date and its eligibility ;)
For any reservation on Vacansoleil, you receive 10% of the price of your rental in the form of credit, up to €300 maximum. You can use this amount as a discount on a new stay. Your prize pool becomes available as soon as your stay ends and can be used for a new reservation at that time. Note, however, that your new stay must take place before September 30, 2024. The total amount of accommodation reserved must be at least 3 times the value of your prize pool. Here are two examples:
  • You have a prize pool of €50. Your new reservation must be at least €150 to use your discount, and the stay must take place before September 30, 2024.
  • You have a prize pool of €100. Your new reservation must be at least €300 to use your discount, and the stay must take place before September 30, 2024.
Easy, right?
As soon as you make a reservation, we put your prize pool amount on hold. Once your vacation is over, your credit becomes available in your kitty. You can therefore now use your kitty for a new reservation, provided that the stay takes place before September 30, 2024.
Log in to your account and click on “I use my fund” before making the payment. In the prize overview you will see that the prize pool amount is deducted from the amount payable.
The 10% prize pool discount is calculated based on the price of accommodation. Booked options, service fees, cleaning fees, insurance, surcharges and other costs are not included. The maximum reduction you can benefit from is €300.
You can use your kitty for any new reservation where the price of accommodation is at least 3 times higher than the value of your kitty. Log in to your traveler account to check your balance. When booking, click on the “I use my kitty” button before making the payment. The amount of the prize pool will be directly deducted from the amount to be paid.
If you cancel your next stay, the prize pool amount will also be canceled.
Take a deep breath, we will find the solution! First, check if you have done the following:
  • You are logged in to your account.
  • The amount in your kitty is available. If the amount is still “pending”, you will have to wait until the end of your stay to use it.
  • The price of the accommodation you wish to book is at least 3 times higher than the value of your credit.
  • The arrival date of the stay is before September 30, 2024.
If you have checked these points and it still does not work, please contact our customer service.
The amount in your kitty cannot be used retroactively and is only valid for a future reservation.
If your fund has expired, it means you haven't made a booking for a while. But don't worry, if you book again with Vacansoleil, you will immediately benefit from a 10% reduction based on the value of your reserved accommodation, valid for a future stay!
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Because Vacansoleil has been taken over, old vouchers or discount coupons can no longer be activated. You can always contact our customer service. We can then see if there are options to convert your credit into a new discount voucher that is valid. We hope you understand that we cannot make any promises about this yet.
