Une situation exceptionnelle au bord du lac Léman, à 800 m du centre ville, le VVF d'Évian, est composé de 159 appartements avec balcon ou terrasse, pour 2 à 7 personnes, répartis dans des bâtiments de trois étages sans ascenseur.
A40 sortie 15 la vallée verte puis direction Thonon-les-Bains par D903 et Évian-les-Bains par D1005. Dans Évian, prendre l'avenue des Grottes. L'entrée au VVF se fait par la rue du Mur Blanc.
Gare d'Évian-les-Bains à 2.5 km. puis taxi. Bus urbain ligne 2, arrêt "Les Grottes" (selon jours et horaires- voir accueil VV)
Gare de Lausanne (TGV) avec traversée bateau (35 mn).
