The Fattoria Pagnana Residence is located approximately 2 km from the village of Rignano Sull'Arno and only 15 km from Florence or 20 minutes by train. Tuscany lets itself be wooed...its light, its cypresses, its olive trees, everything is seduction. Take in the captivating Florence and Siena with your gaze. To succumb, a Chianti or a famous “passeggiata”. Tuscany is truly irresistible!
Within the Residence, you can enjoy numerous services: outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, football and volleyball field, children's play area, Wi-Fi access in common areas, covered parking, green space dedicated to animals, etc.
On the hillside in a green setting, the Residence is made up of 25 fully restored apartments spread across 3 buildings: the main property dating from the 14th century and 2 farms each with its own swimming pool. Wine and oil producer, every week you will be offered a tasting!
