Located at the entrance of the village of Gruissan, theGoelia Les Jardins du Phoebus Residence***? enjoys a privileged location 10min walk from the old village, 5min from the port and the first shops and 1.2km from the beach.
The residence offers a magnificent view of the Clape massif and the Pech Maynaud pond. It consists of small buildings of one floor and 68 comfortable apartments.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (open from April to the end of September according to the weather) with paddling pool and a park. A sauna is also available.
Many activities are possible nearby: windsurfing and water sports, walking and cycling, visiting the surrounding vineyards and many others!
