Description of the residence
The Appart-Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Lac is located in the heart of the new “Bordeaux Ginko” eco-district. It is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the Exhibition Center, the Palais des Congrès, the Matmut Atlantique Stadium and Lake Bordeaux.
The collective gardens, the pedestrian and shopping avenues, the lake and the landscaped canals contribute to an atmosphere that is both urban and natural.
Ideally located 50m from shops and restaurants, the Residence is made up of 97 accommodations distributed in a cascade from the 2nd to the 8th floor with elevator.
The breakfast area has a terrace overlooking a tree-lined patio. A fitness room is located near reception, as well as a laundry room on the ground floor.
All apartments are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. They are oriented southeast or northwest.
