Nestled in the heart of Charente-Maritime, this beautiful residence is located in Jonzac, a renowned spa resort. Its privileged location, between Royan and Saintes, allows you to fill up with nature, history and relaxation. A short 500 m walk will allow you to reach the city centre of Jonzac and its shops.
The modern architecture of this residence is perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature with its beautiful facades and wooden balconies. It consists of 2 buildings of one floor and 2 buildings of two floors.
Athletes will take advantage of the surroundings for tennis, horseback riding or sailing in the surrounding area. Culture lovers can visit the historic villages or La Rochelle.
To relax, you will have free access to the fun area of the aquatic complex "Les Antilles de Jonzac", located in the immediate vicinity of the residence. For you swimming in the playful space of 900 m2 with wave pool, the dizzying descents from the top of the 60 m long slide, the whirlpool baths and the 250 m2 outdoor pool with beach (open in July/August, according to the weather) !
You can also lick in the tropical greenhouse, take a gourmet break at the restaurant or buy some souvenirs at the resort's shops.
