You are located 3 km from the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. For lovers of outdoor activities, an equestrian center and a golf course are 1 km from the property.
Also take advantage of your stay to travel the famous "Planches" of Deauville that are only 2.5km away. The Touques Valley is an ideal place for nature lovers. You can observe various species of birds, as well as local flora. The Hippodrome de Deauville-La Touques regularly organizes horse races, especially during the summer season. A must-have experience for riding enthusiasts.
A few kilometres away, Deauville offers beaches, luxury shops, and a casino for a more urban experience.
Within the residence you have access to a heated indoor swimming pool (open from 01 May to 15 September) and a separate paddling pool, as well as a multi-sport plot, ideal for enjoying a stay with family or friends.
