Welcome to the Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence Les Villas d'Olonne***** . This new premium residence, freshly built, is ideally located: it is 8 km from the Sables-d'Olonne train station and in the heart of a secure environment of 2 hectares, very close to the Sauveterre national forest and its 1,000 hectares of nature. The wild beach of Sauveterre, just 2.5 km away, is famous for surfing and for its kilometers of dunes. This beach has a lifeguard post and a snack bar, which makes it convenient for extending your days at the water's edge.
As for accommodation, 54 brand new houses will delight vacationers. Everything is designed for comfort: private heated swimming pool for each of them, air-conditioned living room, beautiful equipped kitchen and private parking space right in front of your house. We can already see you there!
Please note: the swimming pools are closed in winter (from November to early May).
The holiday program is just as attractive: between hiking trails, cycle paths, exceptional heritage and wild beaches as far as the eye can see, Les Sables-d'Olonne is a very popular destination. Let yourself be tempted by its many charms at the bend of its fishing port and the long beach of Sauveterre, the promise of a sunny, salty break.
Please note: as the work is not yet completed, we only have 3D projections of the accommodation and swimming pools. These illustrations are not an exact representation of the decoration and vegetation that you will discover during your stay. We undertake to photograph the apartments and gardens as soon as the work is completed.
