On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the Landes pines and the prestigious Moliets golf course, the Club Royal Océan 17 Villas are independent or semi-detached and combine comfort and modernity. Access to shops, restaurants and the beach is convenient via footpaths and cycle paths crossing the golf course and the dunes in the shade of pine trees.
You will enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool for each villa with a large terrace and garden furniture as well as a large garden, some of which are fenced. You can benefit from Wi-Fi access as well as parking.
With a refined decor in harmonious colors, each villa has a bay window which allows direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. The interior of the villas is cozy and tastefully decorated. The villas at Club Royal Océan 17 are reminiscent of American villas and are located under the pine trees on the edge of the golf course, approximately 900 m from the large fine sand beach.
