Description of the establishment
The Splendid Resort *** is a 3-star apartment complex located in the seaside area of Golden Rocks (Zlatne Stijene). Quieter and often more affordable than the resorts of the tip of Verudela, it is particularly appreciated for its spectacular sunsets and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a stay with your loved ones.
Framework and Ambience
The apartments are distributed in several low-rise buildings:

- Location: Located in the Golden Rocks district, about 3 km from the centre of Pula.
- Environment: The resort is built on terraces on a hill descending towards the sea, in the middle of lush Mediterranean vegetation.
- Atmosphere : Peaceful and family. Its stone architecture and gardens give it a more traditional and less "industrial" charm than some large complexes.
The apartments are distributed in several low-rise buildings:
- Configurations: Studios for 2 people or apartments with one or two bedrooms for up to 6 people.
- Facilities: Kitchenette (plates, fridge, coffee maker), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
- Major asset: Most apartments have a balcony or terrace, many of which offer panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
- Pools: Two outdoor seawater pools, one of which is smaller for children. The pool terrace is a privileged observation point for sunset.
- Ranges: Direct access to a rocky coast with decks for tanning and easy access to water. For lovers of fine sand or pebble, softer beaches are just a few minutes' walk along the coastal trail.
- Animation: A program of light activities during the day and evening (live music on the terrace in high season).
- Children: Children's Club (Artur Club) available to entertain the youngest with games and workshops.
- Sport : Access to tennis courts (near), mini golf and many walking/jogging trails by the sea.
- Main restaurant: A restaurant with a large terrace facing the sea offering local and international cuisine (possibility of breakfast or half board).
- Amenities: A supermarket on site, a café bar and a pizzeria.
- Practical: Free and secure parking for resort guests.
- Pula: The historic centre and Roman monuments are 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by foot by the coastal promenade.
- Lungomare: A magnificent walk of several kilometers along the sea, ideal for end-of-day walks.
- Verudela: The Park Plaza Verudela (Aquarium, Shopping Avenue) is within a few minutes' drive or by bike.
- Animals: Dogs are welcome (with surcharge).
- Topography: Due to its terrace configuration and numerous stairs, this resort can be less suitable for people with reduced mobility or very heavy strollers.
