The Kažela Apartments (often called Arena Kažela Apartments) are the "hard" part of the Arena Grand Kažela complex. They offer a more traditional alternative to mobile homes, while allowing benefit from the entire infrastructure the resort (pools, restaurants, activities).

- Apartments for 4 to 5 people : About 44 m2, with two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed.
- Equipment included: * Kitchenette equipped (cooking plates, refrigerator, utensils, coffee maker).
- Satellite television.
- Air conditioning (sometimes extra depending on the type of contract/booking, to be checked).
- Balcony or furnished terrace for each unit.
- Independence : Unlike mobile homes that are often grouped in denser areas, the apartments offer a more classic building structure with better thermal and acoustic insulation.
