Studio on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a typical building of architect Auguste Perret located on the outskirts of the forest of Montgeon (water level, children's games, walking tours). 200m from the tramway which will take you directly to the city center in 10 minutes (beach, museum ...) and to the train station in 5 minutes.
