5 minutes from the beaches, you will enjoy the calm of a Cauchian village and enjoy the remarkable restoration of Nelly's barn, combining authenticity of materials, contemporary amenities and hijacked furniture. A warm cottage, with attractive decoration. Oriented south/west, it is bright and enjoys the warmth of the sun. Closed garden, protected pond. The living room opens onto a bucolic landscape that the large terrace and garden also allow to appreciate.
