Facing the marina and a few steps from the beach, this luxury apartment offers an exceptional location to discover Fécamp on foot. Located on the 1st floor of a secured residence with elevator, it enjoys an unobstructed view of the sea, the port and the cliffs from its three balconies, allowing you to fully enjoy the maritime atmosphere at any time of the day.
The apartment, bright thanks to its large windows, offers a large open living room where living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen extend outwards. The three rooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, two of whom have direct access to a balcony with views of the port or the sea.
You will enjoy a secure bike space to discover the Vélomaritime, as well as a reserved location to park your bikes. An ideal location for a stay without a car: the port, the beach, restaurants, shops, the GR21, the Benedictine Palace, the Fisheries Museum and the Fécamp Market are within walking distance. The famous cliffs of the Alabaster Coast, Etretat, Yport and Valmont valley quickly join together to multiply the discoveries.
Depending on the weather, you can see the famous Etretat needle.
