Description of the establishment
Half way between Limoges and Brive-la-Gaillarde, less than 15 minutes from the A20, the Manor House of La Borie is a spacious 18th century farmhouse. Completely independent, it is accessed by a small road lined with hardwood. The manor opens south on a lawn with some trees for shade of sunny days. To the East another large lawn area with private and heated swimming pool (open from May to the end of September) according to weather conditions, extends in the countryside. Completely renovated in 2024, this cottage is the successful alliance of the charm of the old: large spaces, waxed parquet floors, large staircase, granite walls and 21st century comfort: kitchen and upscale sanitary, lounges and various relaxation rooms with views of nature without screws. Tennis 1 Km and water skiing 12 Km. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoy, paddle, baby skiing...
