Description of the establishment
15 minutes south of Limoges, 1 km from the village of Solignac, whose abbey and abbey are known, Leygat dominates the Briance valley. An old barn has been renovated into one house and two fully independent cottages. They are surrounded by a private and enclosed forest park of 8 hectares with 4 km of walking and discovery paths and trails. At the start of the gîte, a road leads to the village of Solignac (1 km). A heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), open from June to September according to weather conditions, is shared with the other cottage and the owners. Access to a large games room with fireplace (library, table football, table tennis, board games...). Shaded parking, shelter for bikes and motorcycles. Adult bikes and children available. Swing, ball field...
