Ideally located in Argentat-sur-Dordogne, close to the peaceful river Maronne, this charming cottage, an old winemaker house completely renovated by the owner with care, blends authenticity and modern comfort.
The kitchen open to a warm mezzanine has a large bed of 180 cm for peaceful nights. From the mezzanine, a large high terrace offers an ideal space to enjoy the sun or dinner outdoors. In summer, a small leisure bath, similar to a mini swimming pool, allows you to cool down, perfect for soaking your feet or relaxing.
This charming place is ideal for a two-way getaway, between nature, authenticity and relaxation, just a few minutes from the banks of the Dordogne, renowned for fishing. Amateurs will be delighted by the proximity to this river rich in beautiful catches, offering a magnificent setting to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding area.

In Orléans, take the motorway A71 exit n° 5 towards Vierzon -Centre/ Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Issoudun. Then take the A20 motorway towards Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Blois/ Tours. In Limoges, take exit No. 45 Tulle/ Aurillac /Clermont-Ferrand and follow the N120 until Tulle then direction Argentat (28 km).
