Description of the establishment
On the heights of the city of Saint Yrieix La Perche, in the heart of a small village in the countryside, the fully renovated house opens onto a terrace and features on the back of a closed park with a large swimming pool of 5X10, under retractable shelter, open from May to September according to weather conditions. Private parking closed. The owner resides in the adjoining house, the entrances and living spaces are very independent from each other. All shops in Saint Yrieix La Perche, close to the Dordogne and Corrèze. At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoy, paddle, baby skiing...
