Description of the establishment
In the countryside of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, the house fully fitted out on the ground floor raised by about ten steps opens onto the countryside. Shaded lawn 900 m2 fully closed.. The owners' secondary residence is contiguous but each has fully independent entrances and land. Lake Saint Mathieu with beach is 2 km away, close to the green road for hiking or cycling.
