Description of the establishment
Close to the departmental road that leads to Nontron and the Périgord, the very comfortable house with terrace of 50m2 semi-covered is surrounded by a plot of 2000 m2 fully enclosed. A small road leads to Lake Saint Mathieu, its beach and games, about 800 m away. Another path leads to the family pond (about 500 m), ideal for relaxing in nature, taking a picnic or teasing the fish.
