Description of the establishment
A charming wooden bridge leads to a site of full nature: that of an old mill, entirely private, nestled in a green and quiet setting, bordered by a small stream. The estate consists of a stone house opening onto a landscaped and flowered lawn, a small half-timbered house extended by a large wooden terrace. A barn with playroom (ping-pong) and a relaxation and reception room, equipped with billiards, bar and home cinema (optional: 240 €/week or 140 €/week-end, upon request from the owner), complete the equipment. Also enjoy a private heated swimming pool (8x4 m), open from 20 May to end September according to the weather, as well as a SPA on a covered and protected terrace (closed in January and February for energy reasons). The relaxation and reception room is not rented to outsiders: the site belongs to you entirely during your stay. The shops of Nexon are only 3 km away.
