30 minutes from Limoges (A20, exit 39), Bernadette and Patrice welcome you in a beautiful stone house, mixing charm of the old and modern comforts. Located in the native village of Patrice, this house has been carefully restored and enlarged from her grandfather's house, to become a place of warm family reunion.
Opened on a terrace with electric blind and a large plot of 5000 m2, the house invites you to relax in nature. Nearby, a small pond is ideal for walking or picnic. At 7 km, Lake Châteauneuf offers swimming and hiking, while Lake Meuzac offers many nautical activities.
Very comfortable, the house is designed to share beautiful moments, with attentive guests, anxious to make your stay pleasant.
