The cottage, nestled in Cublac and close to the owner's residence, enjoys a privileged location near the A20 and A89 motorway routes, as well as Brive-Souillac airport. Surrounded by vast meadows and woods, it offers a peaceful and serene setting, conducive to relaxation and escape.
The view extends over charming gardens, embellished by an outdoor above ground pool, which is not heated. This set is complemented by a large private wooden terrace of 9 by 5 meters, creating an ideal space to relax and escape in the heart of nature, while enjoying the surrounding setting.
