Description of the establishment
At the exit of the village of Compreignac, Les Hirondelles is a beautiful house with a park of 2000 m2 completely enclosed. Renovated with refinement and quality materials, it combines old charm and modern comfort. It was Antoine and Charlotte who gave life to this family home that remained unoccupied for several years, bringing their keen sense of decoration and their taste for harmonious spaces. Today the house offers generous volumes, beautiful brightness and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a family life. Outside, the house opens onto a large enclosed garden of 2,000 m2, ideal for relaxing, enjoying quiet or sharing moments with family. A wooded part with a small pond extends the walk and invites you to reconnect to nature. Close to Lake Saint-Pardoux, it is a perfect place to relax, between walks, swimming and large spaces.
