Independent house located on a closed plot (500 m2) in a hamlet 5 km from Lake Bujaleuf. Lake Saint Hélène, nestled in limousine greenery, offers varied leisure activities: supervised swimming in July and August, beach and shaded picnic area, fishing, hiking, children's games, canoe rental - kayaks, pedal boat and mountain biking. Cottage labeled for fishing.
