Located in Vavray-le-Grand (51300), in a quiet and green environment in the heart of the Marne, this spacious cottage for 8 people is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Close to Lake Der-Chantecoq, a must-see destination in the Grand Est region, you will enjoy a wide range of activities: swimming, water sports, cycling trails, hiking and bird watching, including the famous ash cranes.
Perfectly located between Vitry-le-François and Saint-Dizier, this cottage also allows you to discover the local heritage, typical villages, as well as Champagne vineyards accessible in less than an hour.
The cottage consists of beautiful bright and functional living spaces.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, friendly living room with babyfoot, ideal for sharing moments of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, offers a pleasant space for group meals. A double bedroom with 140x190 bed, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine completes this level.
Upstairs, three comfortable rooms accommodate sleeping accommodations: a bedroom with two single beds 90x200 and two bedrooms with double bed 140x200. A bathroom and a separate toilet ensure comfort and practicality for stays up to 8 people.
Outside, you will enjoy a completely closed terrace, ideal for a calm holiday, especially with children. It is equipped with a garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful days.
The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and charges.
