Description of the establishment
Located in the charming village of Le Breuil, within a family farm, this cottage welcomes you for a peaceful parenthesis in nature, between vineyards and valleys. 30km from Épernay and the famous Champagne Route, 15km from Montmirail and Dormans you will be ideally placed to discover the treasures of the Marnais terroir.
This independent cottage, on one level, can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with an electric double bed in 160 and one bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 single beds in 90), a bathroom with Lava Linen, a separate toilet and a bright living room with dining area and sitting area.
The well equipped kitchen will allow you to cook independently.
On the outside side, you will enjoy the terrace without vis-à-vis, perfect for a breakfast in the sun or a dinner in peace.
