Description of the establishment
Located in the municipality of Soizy–aux–Bois, between Epernay and Sézanne, the cottage of "L'homme blanc" is ideally located at a crossroads for many tourist discoveries.
The holiday cottage of 165 m2 is located on our main property of 3600 m2, in a farmhouse with character Briard. The oldest stones date back to the 16th century and served as stables at the castle, then as post office in the Napoleonic era.
The property is crossed by a stream which bears its name, "the Ru of the White Man" and adjoining the stables.
The cottage has a very comfortable living area and a unique fitness area.
For hikers, based on our experiences (organisation of equestrian rallies), we will offer you hiking routes and facilities of quality.
The entrance to the gîte will be made by the main room (41m2) of a very nice character, bringing together a seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette.
