Dominique will welcome you in this spacious family house ideally located 15 minutes from the first beach of Lake Der and close to wine estates.
This quiet and peaceful cottage will be the ideal place for a family holiday or a stay with friends.
The house is composed on the ground floor, of a large entrance, a separate kitchen furnished and equipped with a professional piano for gourmet purposes and passionate about culinary art, a living room, a living room with sofa bed serving sleeping for 2 people (on request), a flat screen TV.
A hallway serves a bedroom with a 180 cm bed modulable in 2 beds of 90 cm, then a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm modulable in 1 bed of 180 cm, a bathroom with Italian shower and double sink and an independent toilet. A laundry room with washing machine is located in the basement.
On the 1st floor you will have a double bedroom with a bed in 140/190.
