200m from the Lake of Der it will be the ideal place for a stay with family or friends in order to enjoy the activities that the lake offers, its nautical base and its surroundings: water activities (boat, canoe, swimming), cycling (bicycle track making the tour of the lake), hiking, ornithology, fishing, casino etc...
Nature lovers can stroll around the cottage to discover the fauna and flora of the lake.
The passage of cranes in autumn and spring is a highlight of the lake.
The cottage has been completely renovated with quality materials.
