Nestled in the pretty village of Plivot, 8 km from Epernay and at the gates of the Champagne vineyard, the cottage "Le Clos Louise" opens its doors.
Traditional Champagne farm renovated with authenticity by Marie-Paule and Francis, the "Clos Louise" combines the modern comfort the charm of the old created according to the find of the owner of the place, chiuse emeritus.
With a capacity of 15 people, it is the ideal place for your family meetings, friends to discover Champagne!
The entrance opens onto a large graveled and flowery courtyard. At the back you will find a nice garden.
The ground floor consists of a double living room with flat-screen TV, a dining room open to an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooking piano 5 fires, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a bathroom, with toilet, laundry area (washing machine - dryer), a sauna cabin (draining) and a bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
