Description of the establishment
The Gîte "Les deux pierres" is located in COURTHIEZY at 1h30 from Paris, 30 minutes from REIMS and ÉPERNAY, a wine village lined with vineyards and forests.
It will be the ideal place for your stays with family or friends.
You have a large garage entrance (3 cars) giving access to the garage of more than 100m2 (possibility to park 3 or 4 vehicles safe and secure) + a space with bicycles available + one room with a table tennis table
Outside, you will discover a garden, a terrace (without vis-à-vis) with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and SPA.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall welcomes you and gives access to the living room with dining room and living room. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen, the swimming pool area with an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a shower with a toilet, a laundry room, a separate toilet and a double bedroom (bed 160) with private bathroom (bath and shower) and dressing room.
