Description of the establishment
Ideally located to walk to the beach (Kerver is 750m away, Goh Velins is 1 km away), this recent house, independent and bathed in light welcomes you for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Modern and pleasant to live, it can accommodate up to eight people, i.e. 2 families.
You would appreciate its neat decoration, its calm ( impasse in residence where children can play safely), its quality bedding, its 2 terraces including a south facing, its pleasant enclosed garden, as well as the baby equipment and the all inclusive living room: cleaning, linen (sheets, towels, towels) and charging of an electric vehicle (undertaking 20A with differential circuit breaker 30 mA: plan a suitable cable).
Saint Gildas de Rhuys is renowned for its fine sandy beaches,
Millennial abbey and its coastal trails offering stunning ocean views. A few minutes away, enjoy walks along the coast side of the ocean or the Gulf of Morbihan, on foot or by bike, and water and sports activities: golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, diving..
Also discover the typical ports, heritage and preserved landscapes of the surroundings: Suscinio Castle, Cairn du Petit Mont, Crouesy Port or Port Navalo, ideal starting point to explore the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands.
All amenities are 5 min by car (10 min by bike): supermarket, town centre with supermarket, restaurants and crêperie, bakery, fish shop, butcher shop, tobacco press, pharmacy, medical and paramedical practice etc.
