Description of the establishment
5 km south of Fougères, in the countryside, in the heart of a carefully renovated 17th and 18th century building, this large house of 280 m2 welcomes you in a setting of high standing with a warm atmosphere.
The ground floor, air-conditioned by the floor, offers 140 m2 of open spaces suitable for relaxation: many sofas, fireplace, music, readings... everything is gathered to share pleasant moments.
Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool of the property (unheated, year-round accessible, shared with the owners), measuring 11 x 5 m with a depth of 1.70 m in the center.
In addition, a wooden acoustic cinema (50 Euro for 8 people) and a private wellness area including sauna and hot tubs (200 Euro/afternoon for 8 people) are available upon reservation from the owner.
