You will be charmed by this house adjoining the owners' house, on a closed property. Cottage located in Evran, between St Malo and Rennes where beautiful walks await you on the canal of Ille and Rance that crosses the commune. Artificial beach of Betineuc 1 Km. Becherel, city of the book 11 Km. Dinan 12 Km. Zoo, castle, La Bourbansais shows in Pleugeuneuc at 8km. Mont Saint-Michel at 1h30, green lane at 3km, fishing nearby. - Guest reviews: Small, very welcoming cottage, quiet and very colorful, beautiful terrace with open views of nature, the floral garden makes you dream and fully satisfy our happiness.
