House located at the entrance of the town of Calorgen 5 km from the historic centre of Dinan. Large property including the owners' house and cottage where everyone will enjoy their private space. You are 6 km from the Port of Dinan where you can take the time to sip a drink in the sun on the docks, taste seafood in one of the many restaurants and make a crochet through the street of Jerzual, one of the emblematic streets where artists, artisans and ancestral shops mix together... Take the time to discover the leisure base of Betinuc just 5 km away, relaxation and physical activities guaranteed. Close to the Ille-et-Rance Canal, the 3-km pond tower allows everyone to hike, equestrian or cyclo. The site is also the perfect spot to spend friendly moments with family or friends to enjoy swimming and different nautical activities.
