Designed to accommodate families and groups of friends, this large independent house has five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a games room that will delight the youngest.
Outside, everything is gathered to enjoy the beautiful days: terrace with garden furniture, dining area and barbecue, table tennis table, pallet games... The most sporting will also enjoy the private tennis court, while nature lovers can relax by the pond of the property or try fishing. Depending on the season, horses and sheep animate the pre neighbour, bringing an authentic touch to this bucolic setting.
Ideally located in the centre of Morbihan, this cottage is an excellent starting point to discover the must-sees of the region. Walk in the medieval streets of Josselin, visit the castle, explore Vannes and its port, embark on the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan or enjoy the beaches of the coast, which can be reached in less than an hour.
