How can I share my comments and feedback from the campsite I visited?

After your holiday you will receive a survey by e-mail. We'd really appreciate it if you would fill out this survey. It will help us improve our services, give feedback to our partners and affiliated campsite. Your comments can also help other holiday-makers make their holiday decisions.

How can I pass on a compliment or complaint?

We do everything we can to make your holiday run smoothly and select our accommodations with the greatest possible care. We strive to provide a good service, before, during and after your holiday. With your input we can keep improving our service. Always report a comment and/or complaint on site, usually any problem can be solved quickly. If you are not satisfied with the solution, please contact us. We are always happy to do our best to find a solution.
