Did you find the same stay cheaper within 24 hours after booking with one of our competitors? We'll pay you back the difference.
In this case, send an email to aftersales@vacansoleil.com with the price of the other brand, and your Vacansoleil booking number. Of course, it must be exactly the same stay: same campsite, same accommodation, and the same arrival and departure dates. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply if the Vacansoleil price drops.
As our stock is constantly changing, prices can change. For example, taking into account last minute offers and temporary discounts. The Best Price Guarantee applies only if the same stay is cheaper at another brand within 24 hours of your booking.
The Best Price Guarantee applies only for the rental price, and not for the costs related to the reservation, the chosen options, or other additional charges. -

- Bank cheques (+ 18 Euros): Service fee of 18 euros plus. Please note, for the payment of the quotations, the reservation will be blocked only upon receipt of the latter. No bank check will be accepted within 15 days of the start of the stay.
- Holiday vouchers (ANCV) / Gift vouchers (Tir Groupé, Tickets Compliments, Cadhoc)(+ 18 Euros) Additional service charges for this method of payment, in addition to the initial fee: We accept holiday or gift vouchers up to 100% of the total amount of your stay. If it is a departure for more than a month, we will first ask you for a 30% deposit to block the reservation. In this case, we advise you to pay the deposit by credit card for example and to send us the holiday checks for the payment of the balance (which must arrive one month before departure).
- ANCV Connect : directly on the secure site or by telephone with a customer advisor. Unlike ANCV cheques, the entire amount of the stay can be paid in ANCV Connect at no extra charge. Please note that if the ANCV connects does not contain the entire amount of the stay, the rest of the stay must be completed by credit card.
If this is a departure of less than a month, we will ask you for the entire payment to block the reservation. You can, however, pay the whole by credit card, for example, and then send us the holiday checks. We will automatically re-credit your credit card of the amount sent by holiday vouchers (net of mail processing fees) of your reservation within a maximum of 2 months.

Our website offers more than 15,000 "pet friendly" rentals to accommodate your dogs and cats, with the exception of animals of dangerous categories. To ensure your pet is welcomed, use the 'Pets allowed' filter when searching. Only dogs and cats can be accommodated, limited to one per dwelling, and a supplement can be requested for thorough cleaning. It is mandatory to present an up-to-date vaccination book on arrival, and your pet must not stay alone in the accommodation. Report the presence of your pet as soon as you book. No problem! Options such as a baby chair, a children's bed, a TV... if they are not automatically part of the service are to be ordered from the residence.
For this, you can note your wish in the white box provided for this purpose on the page of the order confirmation. When you arrive on site, the reception of your accommodation will ask you for your "ticket" (also called "voucher" or "travel document"). This document summarizes all the information about your stay: contact details of your accommodation, arrival times, information about your holiday destination, etc.
Your voucher can be downloaded to your Travel Account / My Account space a few days after the balance of your stay is paid. You will be informed by e-mail.
CAUTION: To have access to your reservation upon arrival, you must present your voucher.
To print your voucher, just go to your Travel Account available from the maeva.com homepage. You can identify yourself using your e-mail and password created when you register. You will then access the summary of your file. Then select "Print my voucher". This one appears thanks to the Acrobat Reader application, you just have to start printing.

Most of the time, arrivals take place between 5pm and 7pm, allowing the teams to prepare your accommodation after departure from the previous holidaymakers.
In case of late arrival or on a day other than Saturday, you can contact your property a few days before the number shown on your voucher to prevent them and fix with them how to recover the keys. -

This information is included in the description of your accommodation on your Travel Account (in the section: More information) available from the homepage. When the bed linen rental is optional, you can bring yours or pay a surcharge for this service. -
On your voucher, which contains all the information about your stay, you will find the times at which the reception is open on the day of your arrival, as well as the telephone number of your accommodation. Make sure to contact them to warn them of your delay and the estimate of the time of your arrival, they will then give you specific instructions to recover the keys of your accommodation.

For any stay in France and Spain, you must pay the tourist tax, the amount of which varies between €0.2 and €2 per night per person. This amount is fixed by the municipalities and may be zero or reduced for children, according to local rules. The tourist tax will be charged upon arrival by your accommodation.
The country conditions are summarized below:- France: The residence tax applies only to adults (+18 years). Children are exempt.
- Spain: The residence tax applies to adults and children from the age of 16. Children under 16 years of age are exempt.
- Belgium and the Netherlands: The tax applies to all adults and children.
- Germany: Adults pay the tax, while children under the age of 6 are exempt.

Upon receipt of your payment, the reservation is forwarded to the selected accommodation. Therefore, we receive as soon as possible confirmation of the availability of the booked accommodation.
In very rare cases of unavailability, we cancel the payment and return to you to search together for another accommodation adapted to your needs. If the money has already been debited from your account and no satisfactory alternative has been identified, your card will be re-credited immediately. -

It depends on the stay. If you have chosen our free cancellation guarantee, you will be able to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your stay. We will refund you within 48 hours via the payment method you used. With the Flexi+: 80% of the amount you paid will be refunded within 48 hours (excluding insurance costs) and 20% will be refunded in your basket on your travel account, to be used for your next vacation within 1 year bet on the refund date.

Your pool will be available at the end of your stay, and you can use it for any reservation of a stay before 30 September 2026. The price of your accommodation is less than 3 times the amount of your pool? Don't panic, we will automatically calculate the maximum amount you can use for this accommodation! -
As soon as you make a reservation, we put on hold the amount of your pool. Once your holiday is over, your credit becomes available in your pool. You can now use your pool for a new reservation, provided the stay takes place before 30 September 2025.

Maeva is a renowned holiday brand in France, with a true passion and expertise in camping holidays. In addition to renting accommodation and apartments, maeva offers more than 1,300 campsites on its own online platform. More than half a million people book their holidays with maeva each year. Maeva is the online travel agency of Groupe Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs, and the owners of Vacansoleil since October 2023. Maeva is a holiday pioneer and offers a wide selection of holiday rentals, including 1,300 campsites, on a single platform. More than half a million people book their holidays with maeva each year. For example, maeva has its own campsites, which account for more than 60% of bookings during the summer season. 140,000 reservations are made on the maeva site each year. In addition, maeva is engaged in the ecological transition in the holiday rental sector. In 2017, maeva launched the franchise program "Campings maeva", in which 44 campsites are already affiliated.

Both options may be interesting, but Early Booking offers a great advantage: more choices.
The most popular campsites and accommodation can already be completed at the last minute. Want to be sure to go to your favorite campsite and on the dates you want? Early booking is the safest and most judicious choice. -
In case of early booking, you only pay a 15% deposit. This represents half of the normal deposit percentage (30%). You only pay the balance 30 days before the start of your vacation.

If you choose Flexi when booking, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival and get reimbursed immediately. With the Flexi+ option, you can even cancel for free up to one day before departure. Please note that for certain periods or accommodation, special discounted rates apply when free cancellation is not possible. This is always clearly indicated in the camping price list.

Nothing! As Early Booker, you do not have a reservation fee. An additional advantage to book early booking!

At Vacansoleil, we guarantee that you book your holiday at the lowest possible price. If you find the same stay cheaper with another travel agency in the European Union within 24 hours of your booking, we will refund you the price difference. Simply send an email to aftersales@vacansoleil.com, indicating your booking reference number with Vacansoleil and the other provider's competing offer.
Important: the stay must be exactly the same: the same campsite, the same accommodation and the same travel dates. This guarantee does not apply if the prices of Vacansoleil subsequently decline (for example due to last minute offers).
The guarantee of the lowest price applies only to the rental price of the accommodation, not to the booking fee, extras or additional charges.
APST

APST means Association Professionnel de Solidarité du Tourisme. This deemed organization provides financial guarantees and support if a travel organization encounters problems. If the travel agency with which you have booked is unable to make the trip, APST guarantees that you can always make the same trip with another affiliated travel agency. They'll take care of the holidays. If this is not possible, APST assures you to recover your money.

We believe it is important that you reserve your holiday in peace of mind and confidence. Since Vacansoleil joined the French group Pierre et Vacances-Center Parcs in 2023 (and is managed by the online tour operator maeva-La France from the North to the South), you automatically get APST coverage when you book with us. It doesn't matter whether it's a French organization.
