route
- By car:
Gallipoli is easily accessible by road. From Lecce (the nearest big city, about 40 km away), you just have to take the SS101 towards Gallipoli. Lecce itself is well connected to the rest of the Puglia via motorways and fast lanes, especially from Bari (about 2h drive).

- By train:
Gallipoli is served by a small local railway line, managed by Ferrovie del Sud Est (FSE).
From Lecce, you must take a local train (not the main national lines like Trenitalia) which joins Gallipoli in just over an hour.
Attention: connections are not always frequent, especially on weekends.

- By plane:
The nearest airport is Brindisi ( Brindisi-Salento Airport), located about 85 km from Gallipoli (1h15 drive).
From Brindisi airport, you can rent a car or take a bus/nave to Lecce, then continue by train or car.
As an alternative, Bari Airport (larger) is also an option, located about 2h30 drive away.
