Pégomas is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and its inhabitants are called Pégomassois.
The commune of Pégomas is located in the canton of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the district of Grasse, in the Siagne valley, at the confluence point with the Mourachonne and the Grande Frayère.The surface area of the town is 11, 28 km2; its altitude varies between 6 and 483 meters.
The topography of the town is organized into three large groups: The Tanneron, the valley of the Siagne, and some massifs attached to the Tanneron.
By road, the city is served from Mandelieu-la-Napoule by the D 109, from Mouans-Sartoux by the D 209 and from Tanneron by the D 309. The D 9, which crosses it, connects La Roquette-sur-Siagne in Grasse. The nearest motorway is the A8, exit 41: La Bocca.
By bus, the city is accessible via line 29 of the Sillages network, and lines 610 (Cannes - Grasse) and 611 (Cannes - Pégomas by Mandelieu-la-Napoule) of the TAM network (Transports des Alpes-Maritimes ) operated by the General Council.
Rail transport is not present, the nearest station is that of Mouans-Sartoux, and the nearest TGV station is that of Cannes.
