Description of the campsite

Imagine opening the shutters in the morning facing the peaks of Haute Tarentaise. You are here at 745m altitude, ideally nestled between the majestic Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain massif. Welcome to the Eden de la Vanoise *, your base camp in the heart of the Alps.

A Winter & Summer Base Camp Designed for You
We take pride in being much more than a standardized outdoor hotel. We welcome you for two intense seasons: from December 12 to April 10, 2026, and then from May 7 to September 20, 2026.

Winter: Skiing and Vast Spaces Without Constraints
Your adventure starts here. Want to go alpine skiing? Our free shuttles buses take you in just 20 minutes to the ski areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne \(skiing, snowpark, toboggan\). Prefer a northern ambiance? Head for the wild and preserved site of Rosuel, a grand setting at the gates of the National Park where you can snowshoe, enjoy the 43 km of cross-country ski trails, or try biathlon at the foot of the glaciers.

Summer: At the Crossroads of Mythical Passes and the Isère
As the sunny days arrive, the scenery changes but the adrenaline remains. You are only 20 minutes from the gates of Vanoise National Park for unforgettable hikes. Cyclists and motorbike riders will tackle the nearby legends: Cormet de Roselend, Col de l'Iseran, or Petit Saint-Bernard with its breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Want to cool off? Everything is here: a white water base just across from the campsite \(rafting, kayaking, hydrospeed, electric scooters, or, more calmly, a small lake with a sandy beach and supervised swimming just 4 km away.

Savoie Authenticity and Modern Comfort
Our landscaped and terraced pitches offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After the effort, comfort is sacred: dive into our covered and heated swimming pool, open in winter as well as summer. Life at the campsite is also about conviviality: join us at the bar, in the bakery for your croissants, or in the relaxation area over a game of billiards or foosball. In summer, the atmosphere livens up even more with our snack bar, playground, and family activities.

Your Cozy Nest in Tarentaise
Whether you are a wanderer or a family seeking comfort, you will find peace and nature here. The Eden de la Vanoise offers the authentic mountain experience, with everything you need within reach.

- A covered swimming pool heated to 30 degrees accessible in all seasons.
- WIFI throughout the campsite : 2 hours free / week, unlimited = 15€ / week.
- An indoor games room : billiards, table football, library, card games.
- A bakery service open 7 days a week from 7.30 a.m., by booking the day before and before 6 p.m.
- A bar open 7 days a week from 7.30 a.m. to midday and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., 8 p.m. or 10 p.m. depending on the period.
- A snack open only in July and August.
- A laundry service : washing machine and dryer.
- Free shuttle bus leaving in front of the campsite and taking you to the resort (Peisey Vallandry, Les Arcs).
- Discounts on ski passes for Les Arcs or La Plagne.
- A tent (not heated) to put your ski equipment.

We are located in the valley, at an altitude of 745 metres, between Albertville and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, between the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain massif.
There are many beautiful sights to see in the area : Lake Annecy (1H30 from the campsite), Cormet de Roselend (45 minutes), the dam and lake of Tignes (45 minutes), the village of Val d'Isère (1H), the typical village of Le Monal (1H), the Croc valley (1H), the village of Bonneval (1H), ...
And there are also many hikes for all levels : the Plagne lake, the 5 lakes, the Vernettes chapel and many others.
We are ideally situated to allow you to spend an excellent holiday (relaxing or more sportive) in the mountains and to enjoy the view.
