Description of the campsite
Ideally located at the seafront on the cliffs of Bessin, Omaha Beach campsite offers direct and private access to the beach of the same name, famous for the history of the Second World War landing. Its incomparable location and exceptional panorama make it a popular resort for outdoor enthusiasts as well as history enthusiasts.
From May to September, you will enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool of the campsite and the beach, accessible on foot in less than a minute where fishing activities, sea kayaking, coast-line, stand-up paddle, or even paragliding are offered.
You will always find an activity to your liking: baby football, pallet, inflatable structures (depending on the season), basketball basket, table tennis tables, game room, TV room, petanque field, football field, beach volleyball. The children's club welcomes the 4-12 year olds to offer recreational and recreational activities in July and August.
On the service side, the Omaha Beach campsite has a restaurant with a terrace that offers panoramic views of the sea and allows you to eat as a family around a simple and friendly cuisine. Takeaways are also offered in July and August. A bar and a grocery store are open all day in high season. Wifi charge on the entire campsite.
