Description of the campsite
A family-run 6-hectare campsite located in a protected area classified as Natura 2000, designed for lovers of unspoiled nature. Shaded, spacious pitches in a friendly, calm, and serene atmosphere.
The village of Galeria, located 4 km from the campsite, offers all essential services: post office, small supermarkets, tobacconist/newsagent, restaurants, butcher, bakery/pastry shop, harbor, and a self-service laundromat.
Calvi, the main urban center, is a 25-minute drive away, and the airport is 20 minutes away.
An exceptional location, just 10 minutes from the sea, river, mountains, beaches, hiking trails, and swimming spots.
The valley stands out as a paradise for outdoor activities and discovery. Depending on individual interests and desires, visitors can enjoy cycle touring, canyoning, scuba diving, sea kayaking, boat rentals, snorkeling, or explore the 150 km of marked trails suitable for trail running, hiking, or leisurely walks.
Nature reigns supreme here. The valley offers a kaleidoscope of breathtaking landscapes: multicolored pebble beaches, sandy shores with crystal-clear waters, deep coves, steep cliffs plunging into turquoise seas, narrow valleys, forests of endemic pine trees and majestic oak trees, rushing torrents, fragrant maquis, natural pools, and rugged mountain peaks.
Nature truly rules here, and the strong determination of the valley's 450 inhabitants to preserve its natural, cultural, and sporting heritage has enabled effective management by the Corsica Natural Regional Park, the Coastal Conservatory, UNESCO, and the local municipality.
