Bonifacio is accessible via the T40 road from Ajaccio or Porto-Vecchio. From the north of Corsica, follow the T10 to Porto-Vecchio, then the T40 south. The nearest airport is Figari Sud-Corse (FSC), located about 20 km from Bonifacio. It offers scheduled flights from several French cities, including Paris, Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse. From the airport, car rental and taxi services are available to reach Bonifacio.

Bonifacio has a port offering maritime connections to Sardinia, notably to Santa Teresa Gallura. Regular ferries provide this crossing in about an hour.
