Description of the campsite
Prepare to fall head over heels for the Île de Ré and its gorgeous little villages featuring whitewashed houses and climbing roses. The FLOWER Camping Platin La Redoute is ideally located at the entrance to the Ile de Ré, and offers an exceptional holiday setting. Kick back in our mobile homes that come with covered patios and combine total comfort with design reminiscent of Charente-Maritime's iconic little fishing huts. Prepare to be wowed by the relaxed pace of life in Rivedoux-Plage, a traditional little island village with an oyster port and farms.
The campsite offers a wide range of entertainment and leisure activities for the whole family during the summer: a kids’ club (ages 6–12) with fun and creative activities, daytime sports tournaments and evening entertainment (karaoke, concerts, themed meals and parties).
On site, you can also enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, a snack bar, regional produce, a bread delivery service and a wide range of leisure facilities: table tennis, a playground, a library, an entertainment room and dedicated Wi-Fi access.
Located in Rivedoux-Plage, at the entrance to Île de Ré, the campsite enjoys a prime location with direct access to the beach. Cycle paths start right outside the campsite, inviting you to explore the island at your leisure. Its strategic location also makes it easy to reach La Rochelle, Rochefort and the charming villages of Île de Ré. Finally, the shops located less than 300 metres away ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay every day.
The campsite is easily accessible by road via the A10 from Paris or Lyon, heading towards La Rochelle and then Île de Ré. La Rochelle railway station is just 14 km away, whilst La Rochelle airport is approximately 6 km from the campsite.
