Coming by train:
Daily connections departing from Nantes, Bordeaux, and Paris Montparnasse take place every day. The Paris-La Rochelle journey takes less than 3 hours.
- Coming by car:
If you come from Paris, take the A 10 motorway towards Bordeaux, exit at Niort (exit n° 33) then follow the direction of La Rochelle then Île de Ré... (approx. 480 km)
If you come from Bordeaux, also take the A 10 motorway towards Paris, exit at the La Rochelle - Rochefort sign, then follow the direction of La Rochelle then Île de Ré... (approx. 195 km)
