The return to absolute sources, without electricity and in the middle of the forest! Welcome to the domain Landgoed Volenbeek1 authentic dairy farm active in the mythical Veluwe region. Here we disconnect completely to experience a unique "Glamping" experience, lit with candle and wood stove. It's the perfect address for a unusual stay, nature and deeply resonating with family.

- Located in Ermelo, on the edge of Veluwe, the largest continuous forest area in the Netherlands.
- An active farm surrounded by dense forests, vast plains of wild moors and meadows where cows feed.
- A royal peace environment, where the absence of urban noise and light pollution offers magical starry nights.
- Life on the farm: watch the milking of cows, help farmer Wouter feed the calves and get the fresh eggs straight into the henhouse in the morning.
- The cuddle with rabbits: the estate has a large rabbit enclosure, an activity loved by children who can take care of it and stroke them freely.
- Large spaces of freedom: no cars here! Children build huts in the woods of the estate, play in straw or run in the fields safely.
- Les Logements Tentes (Cottages): large high-end canvas tents with real comfortable beds, a sofa, a cast iron wood stove for cooking and heating, and private toilets.
- The "No Electricity" concept: no plugs, no Wi-Fi, no TVs. We light up with the oil lamp and candle for a cosy and intimate atmosphere out of time.
- The farm pantry (Honesty Shop): a small self-service shop where you will find products from the farm, fresh milk, local meat, bread and everything you need to cook on the stove.
- Haute-Veluwe National Park: explore unique landscapes of sand dunes, moors and forests using the park's famous free white bikes.
- Veluwe Lake (Veluwemeer) (15 min) is ideal for sunny days, with its sandy beaches and calm waters perfect for swimming, paddle or windsurfing.
- Harderwijk (10 min): a charming historic fortified town by the water, known for its delicious fish restaurants and medieval alleyways.
- Total Logout: plan to charge your phones or external batteries before arriving (or at reception), as there is no power in tents. Hot water is provided by a wood-fired water heater or stove.
- Wood stove cooking: simmering your meal or heating coffee water takes a little longer than usual. It's all the charm of slow cooking!
- Your four-legged companions are allowed on request to also enjoy walks in the forest.
