How can I pay for my booking?

Did you book through our website? Then we will contact you shortly by phone to arrange payment. Have you book by phone? Then we will debit your card details directly and email you a receipt/invoice. Would you rather pay by bank transfer? Please advise us and we shall provide you with our bank Iban details. If you book outside of 70 days before your arrival day, then you can pay a deposit and then a balance payment. If you book withing 70 days before your arrival day, then payment in full is due immediately.

Can I pay for my booking in several payments?

If you book ealier than 70 days before your arrival date, you can make your payment in two installments.
 
The first installment is €100.00 per unit booked.
 
If the prices of your provisional booking are not yet known, you pay a deposit of €100.00 When the prices are known, this amount will be debited from the final total.
  
If you book within 70 days before your arrival date, you must pay in full immediately.

When do I pay the second installment?

You must pay any holiday balance due 70 days before your arrival day. We will send you a payment reminder. You can call us and pay by card or we can provide our bank details if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

Will I receive a confirmation that my payment has been received by Vacansoleil?

Yes, we will email you a receipt and holiday invoice shortly after payment is recevied by us.
